A new tradition was started in the Cleftlands in March of 1992, a tournament to determine which worthy fighter would have the honor of bearing our Baronial standard into battle should the king call us to war. Our Baron, Laurelen, autocrat-ed the event himself which was held at Baker Hall on the campus of Case Western Reserve University. William Ransom, no Sir before his name in those days, was the victor.

About the Event

A new tradition was started in the Cleftlands, a tournament to determine which worthy fighter would have the honor of bearing the Baronial Standard into battle should the raise the call to War. Encouraged by Baron Cleftlands, Laurelen Darksbane, the combatants took the lists and after much battle, William Ransom was named victor.
