Lord Ladislas Vulcu, called Vlad, is one of the few individuals to receive the original Cleftlands Baronial Award, the Order of the Winged Trine, which was given for achieving the impossible. Through heroic feats of accounting, he balanced the Cleftlands’ books, averting the group’s imminent dissolution by the kingdom. Back in the early days of the Barony, he fought heavy weapon style. Nowadays, he has taken up the rapier, saying it is not as clumsy or random as rattan. An elegant weapon, for a more civilized age.
