Over the years, Ceinwen has served in many capacities including as an exchequer, gold key, scribe, cook, and Queen. She is frequently seen in feast kitchens and is well known for her skill as a scribe and love of all things 12th Century. She is apprenticed to Master Patrick McPhealin for cooking and a protege of Mistress Seadna. In October 2009 her beloved Sir Radagaisus won the matchless honor of crowning her his Princess.
