Aethelstan's Church provided an inexpensive site for this many event stewarded event. Pietro, Sarra Bossard and Rutgur co-event stewarded while the feast was organized by Ceinwen and Hauke. According to Lord Pietro, having three event stewards was not the best of ideas.
Connor MacCormaic won the right to bear the Standard.
