The Alaric Song

I am so delighted that I can sing this one again! Here are the words for those who asked... But first, the back story. I was talking with some folks in my camp at Pennsic (in 2008). I told a story involving Count Alaric, the current Midrealm Earl Marshall. A few folks looked confused (cause I speak kinda fast) and I said, "You know, Alaric--the Kingdom Earl Marshall." His Grace, Duke Dagan Du Darregonne stopped me and said, "What did you just say??" I replied a little slower--" Alaric.The.Kingdom.Earl.Marshal" He replied, "No you didn't say that, you said "Alaric, the King of All Macho". And thus I was inspired to write this song. I will also state that I respect Count Alaric--a lot of that is 'cause he lets me sing this song and I'm still alive. *grin* Ahem. - Zsof

I saw him in the food court at Pennsic, his beautiful wife by his side,
As they strolled, his biceps were bulging and we sat down and sighed.

I remember that event in the Cleftlands, I think of it fondly and smile.
