Description
The event was informally called A Regular Event in the Cleftlands: A Mid-Winter Hunt. The feast consisted of exquisite dishes of braised rabbit, pan-seared duck, whitefish, and venison stew and ended with bread pudding with raspberry sauce. Throughout the day there were classes, organized by Celeste Aylene Dougherty and very well attended, a Heraldic scavenger hunt organized by Lyonnete Vibert which was won by Cornelius the Sage, second place went to Gina, a pool tournament run by Conrad Schwartzwolf, a fencing tournament, merchants galore (coordinated by Runa Æikibrandskona who also took her first try at being a merchant at the event), and children's activities organized by Peredur. In the evening after Feast there was much dancing in the merchant's hall, even the dance mistress had enough!
