Hersir Torvaldr Torgarson came to our Barony from the Kingdom of the West. Hersir is a Norse equivalent title for a Baron. He is fond of Skaldic verse and Norse culture, an accomplished leatherworker and well known for his "Viking Home Companion" stories. His excellency is also the leader of our Storyteller's guild.
