About the Event
Bernhard debuted as an event steward for the 2007 January Event with Runa Eikbrandrswif as his very able deputy. The site was the Berea Fairgrounds which was spacious, with two buildings and the weather was cool but bright making travel between the buildings easy. None of the guests at the event noticed that the site did not have a kitchen thanks to the remarkable efforts of Head Cook Hely d'Isgny who served up an amazing Alscacian feast. Clara d'Este, despite being at her first SCA event, took many pictures of the event.
