About the Event

The Slovenian hall was very crowded for the event, fortunately the weather was beautiful and many event goers spilled out into the hall's parking lot and lawn. There was a pas d'arms with the entry fee being that every fighter that day must have someone for whom they fought. Erzsebet organized "Impromptu Inspirations" for anyone who arrived needing someone to fight for; complete with lovely favors to wear. The hall's bocci ball courts were sadly trampled which made them quite upset. Calum returned to the hall the next day and did such an excellent job of grooming the courts that they swore he did it better than they do! This event was the first chance for many of the barony's populace to see Recher Hall which was being considered for a new meeting site for the Barony (and indeed was adopted as the Barony's new meeting site some few short months later.)

Noelle and Matheus were recognized for their efforts to restart the Cleftlands Choir and musicians guild. Knute's long over-due purple fret was a beautiful dyptich portrait painted by Pietro and Nickolas's Purple Fret was in Russian with a special guest Herald, Dasha, who came to the event to read it (and had done the translation for the scribe, Edward Brackenburye.)
